Amanda Graham Events specializes in planning and coordinating a wide range of events, including:

• Weddings

• Bridal and baby showers

• Baptisms

• Birthday parties

• Corporate events and conventions

• Other milestone events

All services are subject to availability and agreement through a signed client contract. Details such as pricing, deliverables, timelines, and cancellation terms will be clearly outlined in the service contract.

Clients are required to sign a formal contract and pay a deposit to secure services.

• Deposits are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.

• Full payment terms, timelines, and cancellation policies will be provided in your individual client agreement.

• Late payments may incur fees or result in delayed services.

Amanda Graham Events reserves the right to decline or cancel bookings due to non-payment, violation of terms, or other reasonable cause.

Clients are expected to:

• Communicate clearly and timely

• Provide necessary details, access, or approvals

• Respect timelines agreed upon during planning

• Comply with venue, vendor, and legal guidelines

Failure to cooperate or provide essential information may affect service quality or lead to termination of agreement.

Amanda Graham Events welcomes destination events. For travel outside the Miami/South Florida area, clients are responsible for:

• Travel costs (flights, hotels, local transportation)

• Per diem or meal stipends (if applicable)

• Any necessary travel documentation or permits

Details will be discussed and agreed upon before booking.

While we may recommend or coordinate with third-party vendors (e.g., florists, photographers, venues), Amanda Graham Events is not liable for their performance or actions. Clients enter into direct agreements with vendors and are responsible for reviewing their terms.

All content on this website, including but not limited to the logo, text, images, graphics, and branding elements, is the property of Amanda Graham Events and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Cancellation and rescheduling policies vary by project and are outlined in each client’s service contract.

Amanda Graham Events reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services due to emergencies, force majeure (e.g., weather, natural disaster, health emergencies), or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amanda Graham Events shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses

• Damages resulting from client or vendor actions

• Delays or cancellations caused by force majeure

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services rendered.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be handled in the appropriate courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
